By the Mactan shoreline at Arterra Hotel and Resort, a sheer ivory canopy drifted overhead, strung with white wisteria, glowing paper lanterns, and fringed sea-jelly pendants that turned the ballroom into an underwater dream. Icy blue floral arches framed the stage while rattan chairs and emerald-set banquet tables carried the coastal palette right down to the last napkin.
